Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural areas may take 1 to 2 additional days.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be stated on the product or checkout page.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier website.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on selected orders. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Repeatedly refused COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your number.

Failed delivery attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel is returned to us and any shipping cost incurred is non refundable.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Off Beat is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours of ordering.

Delays outside our control
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, public holidays, courier backlogs or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
